K.W. Receivables (“K.W. Receivables,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://kwreceivables.com (the “Site”) and provides invoice factoring and accounts receivable services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or apply for our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with outside parties for their own marketing. We collect what we need to answer your questions and to evaluate and provide factoring services, and we work to keep it safe. The rest of this policy fills in the detail.
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information from the service providers who help us run the Site and our business.
When you use the contact form. If you reach out through the Contact Us form, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.
When you apply for factoring. Our online application asks for a good deal more, because underwriting a factoring relationship requires it. Depending on how much of the application you complete, we may collect:
Some of this is sensitive. Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, and financial history fall into categories that deserve extra care, and we treat them that way. See “How We Protect Information” below.
When you call us. If you call a phone number listed on the Site, we may collect your phone number and information about the call so we can return it and understand which of our marketing efforts brought you to us.
Like most websites, ours collects some technical information on its own when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser type and device information, the pages you view, the links you click, the site or ad that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including tags managed through Google Tag Manager and a LinkedIn insight tag.
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when a site sets one. If you block them, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Most browsers also honor a “Do Not Track” signal differently, and there is no common standard for how sites should respond, so we do not currently respond to those signals in a uniform way.

We do not use the sensitive information you provide on the application (such as Social Security Numbers or financial history) for advertising or marketing. We use it only to evaluate and provide the services you asked for, and for the legal and fraud-prevention purposes tied to that.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. And we do not share it with outside companies so they can market their own products to you.
We do share information in a limited set of situations, all of which support the service you came to us for rather than anyone else’s marketing:
Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business, and some of them process information on our behalf. These include our website host, our analytics provider (Google), our advertising platforms (including Google Ads and LinkedIn), and our call-tracking provider. These vendors are permitted to use the information only to perform work for us, not for their own purposes. When you interact with the ad and analytics tools on our Site, some information reaches these providers as part of how those tools function.
Underwriting and verification. Applying for factoring is a financial transaction. To evaluate an application and provide the service, we may need to verify the information you give us, which can involve checking business and credit information with appropriate sources. This is inherent to providing factoring and is done to serve your request, not to market to you.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when the law requires it, in response to a valid legal request such as a subpoena or court order, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of K.W. Receivables, our clients, or others.
Business transfers. If K.W. Receivables is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If that happens, we will take reasonable steps to see that it stays protected.
Outside of these situations, we keep your information to ourselves.

These providers act as our service providers. We do not control their separate policies, and we encourage you to review them if you want to understand their practices in full.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, with added care for sensitive items like Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, and financial records. Our Site is served over an encrypted connection.
No method of transmitting or storing information is perfectly secure, though. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us right away using the details below.
Please also avoid sending sensitive information, such as a Social Security Number or account numbers, through the plain contact form or ordinary email. Use the secure application form for anything of that nature.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and after that for as long as we are required to keep it under applicable tax, financial, and legal recordkeeping rules. Factoring is a regulated financial activity, so some records are held for extended periods even after a relationship ends. When we no longer need information and are no longer required to keep it, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it unreadable.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. Note that much of the information we collect through factoring applications is financial information governed by federal financial-privacy law, which can affect how these rights apply. Contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
The Site and our services are meant for businesses and the adults who run them. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to other websites we do not operate, and our blog and case studies may reference outside resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. When you follow a link off our Site, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of whatever site you land on.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices, technology, or the law change. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to flag them. Please check back now and then so you know where things stand.
